Shana Tova ("Happy New Year")!
As we come out of the Hebrew Holy day of Rosh Hashana, I feel excited and inspired to share our musical and crowd-funding progress with you. Our first single, “Hine Ma Tov (How Great it Is)” is almost complete! As I feel into the journey leading to this song's birth, I am humbled and often brought to tears. I was sobbing within the first 15 seconds of hearing the first mix that includes Kyle and Gretta Miller of Tow'rs (vocals, guitar, and so much more), Tyler Carson (on Violin), Emilia Ann of Divine and Human (vocals), and Nica Stratton (vocals). Over the years, these amazing and gifted humans have become my soul family for life, and the essence of Psalm 133, Hine Ma Tov, is all about celebration and gathering in Unity as One family. Having this project not only fully produced by my Spiritual family but also funded by all of you, my extended Spiritual family, has been nothing short of miraculous and humbling beyond words.
We only need an additional $175 to be fully funded for this single; $928 raised so far. Thank you to everyone who has donated already. As an additional “thank you” to those who donate, I will be offering a pre-release listening opportunity as well as sending a download for the 48kHz sample version rather than the 44.1kHz sample which will be released on all platforms (This offers a bit higher frequency listening experience than will be possible through the mainstream platforms).
